the International Space Station, Expedition 46 Commander Scott Kelly
and Flight Engineer Tim Kopra of NASA and Flight Engineer Tim Peake of
the European Space Agency discussed life and research on orbit during a
pair of in-flight interviews Dec. 28 with KPRC-TV and KHOU-TV in
Houston. Kelly is wrapping up the ninth month of a year-long mission
aboard the complex to gather valuable data on the long duration effect
of weightlessness on the human body, while Kopra and Peake are two weeks
into a six-month mission on the orbital laboratory.
